The Lake Toxaway Charity raised over $150,000 on July 23,2016, at the all day tennis, golf, croquet and dinner dance Gala held at the Lake Toxaway Country Club. Lake Toxaway Charity, created in 1975, supports 30 agencies in Transylvania County that provide shelter, food, women and children’s abuse protection, medical needs and dentistry, and education support for students of all ages.
Chip Brown, Chairman, says ” I appreciate the full support of our Lake Toxaway Community , IPM and the Lake Toxaway Country Club. 100% of all contributions go straight to one of the 30 agencies in Transylvania County. We are all volunteers! The theme this year was “Diamonds are Forever” and Jeanette and Hank Schuyler provided ” over the top” decorations AGAIN! We had over 300 participants and volunteers during the day. For more information about supporting Lake Toxaway Charity, please call me at 704-560-3175or email me at : chipbrown@citcom.net”
Save the Date: July 22,2017, for next year’s Lake Toxaway Charity fund raiser and dinner dance Gala to be held at the Lake Toxaway Country Club.
